How to BookOur booking procedure is easy and quick. We hope you’ll start by browsing our website, or calling us to get information about the wide range of leisure activities and services we offer. You can use our online quote request or just send us an email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and we'll get straight back to you, by telephone or email. Or, ask us to call you by using our callback form or call us direct on UK 0203.286 0.522 or Spain +34648032914. Once you are happy with the proposed details, we will send you a booking form. We’ll ask you to return the booking form including the required details and pay a 20% deposit to confirm your acceptance of the proposed package. This is usually settled by online credit card payment. At that point your booking is formalised, and we will make all of your reservations and arrangements concrete with local suppliers in Spain. You can relax until 4 weeks before arrival! But stay in touch if you need more details or if there are any changes to the booking.
Four weeks before your arrival, we will ask you for full payment of the balance for your package, again this is usually settled by online credit card payment. This is the time to let us know the definitive group size and any additional activities you wish to add to the package. Once this payment is made we will receipt you in full, and you’ll be in touch with your location manager for any final details like itinerary, timings, and for any info we require from you such as rooming lists for accommodation bookings. It’s a pretty painless process and you’ll be getting it straight from the horse’s mouth all the way up to arrival: you’ll be in touch with someone who is living in your destination, and most likely the person who will meet you when you arrive!
